Kuwa Go & Bihoon Character Reference
Higher res and undergarment character sheet via Google Drive.
Notes:
She has no ear lobes, only ear canals as she is part owl.
Her ear canals are asymmetrical, with her left canal lower than the other.
Her hair pattern is inspired from owl feathers, simplified to connected curves.
Her beauty mark is on her right cheek, under the iris.
She has an inner eyelid much like an owl's.
Both her upper and lower teeth are shaped like a beak.
The feathers on her pouch are Bihoon's feathers.
The writing on her apron and ankle strap spells "Kuwa Go" in Filipino Baybayin lettering.
There is a knife under her skirt, on her left thigh.
The hair pattern, frills, and feathers on the design can be simplified.

*Concept Design: When the client only has ideas and references of what their character looks like, and would like to work with the artist to create the character design before making the VTuber model. The deliverables will also include a quick Callout Sheet that features a semi-chibi style character illustration (flat color,) a design break down using stock images or sketches, color swatches, and minor text about the client/character and artist/s info.
**Additional Assets or Design Complexity includes but is not limited to: if the client wants an alternate/nude version of their Full or Half Sheet/s, more close-up minor details. If the client wants additional expressions for the Expressions Sheet. If their character has heavily detailed armor or weapon pieces, multiple tails, wings, half-creature character designs such as dragons, reptiles, insects, and amphibians.
Deliverables: The client will receive a GDrive link that contains the final file/s of the Sheet/s with a canvas height starting from 2160px at 300ppi with the artist's signature.

A 50% down payment is required before the artist starts your commission request. After model illustration and before rigging, the next 25% of the remaining commission fee is required, and then the last 25% is required before the final files are given to the client.
Rigging revision phase is free until the 3rd revision within 7 days only. Anything beyond that will include additional fees.
For Rigging Only Artwork Type: The client has to provide a PSD file of the chibi model uploaded through VGen or Google Drive. Additional charges will apply if the PSD provided needs further editing. PSD consultations before starting the rigging commission are free of charge.
*For Concept Design: When the client only has ideas and references of what their character looks like, and would like to work with the artist to create the character design before making the VTuber model. The deliverables will also include a quick Callout Sheet that features a semi-chibi style character illustration (flat color,) a design break down using stock images or sketches, color swatches, and minor text about the client/character and artist/s info.
**Additional Assets, Design, and Animation Complexity includes but is not limited to: if the client wants extra arms, hairstyles, or outfits for the model, and/or if the character has more than 4 accessory pairs, detailed armor or weapon pieces, animal ears, tails, or wings, and half-creature character designs such as dragons, reptiles, insects, and amphibians.
Deliverables: Upon 100% payment and completion of the commission, the client will receive the file folder ready for VTube Studio facial tracking, 6 PNG stills, and a 1920x1080 video that showcases the model and its features. The model will have a canvas/model height starting from 5000px.
Average turnaround time: 10 to 12 weeks from the beginning of production depending on the complexity and the commission queue.

Average turnaround time: 8 to 10 weeks from the beginning of production depending on the complexity and the commission queue.
Commission Details
How to Order a Commission
Please submit a commission request via the Commission Request Form via Google Forms or VGen. Make sure that the details and references you provide are complete to avoid miscommunication. If you're sending more than five reference images, please either compile them into one image, upload them to an image hosting site or GDrive to share as a link under the text description instead.
Once the artist has reviewed your form, they will send you a proposal that details your commission request and total fees with a breakdown via your preferred communication channel.
After reviewing your commission request and total fees, please pay the invoice.
You may check your commission progress at the Commission Progress Sheet.
Payment
A full payment is required if the total commission fee is less than USD$250. If the total commission fee is more than USD$250, the client will have the option to pay in either full, two, or three parts. The "VTubers" category has a different payment plan of 50%/25%/25%.
Progress & Revisions
The artist works only on weekdays and has weekends off.
Commission progress will be conveyed every 2 to 3 weeks via email or private messaging.
Minor revisions are free until the final output of the commissioned artwork is ready to be delivered.
There are additional fees should the client want to have some changes made to the final artwork(s) after receiving the final files. However, if it’s sizing issues with the final files, or animation/physics issues with the VTuber Live2D model, the artist can edit them free of charge until the 3rd revision within seven (7) days.
Use & Intellectual Property Rights
As a client, you agree to purchase the artist’s labor only. The artist retains all rights to any commissioned artwork as their intellectual property and reserves the right to use them to promote themselves or their brand.
With this, please credit either the artist’s Carrd at kuwagotheowl.carrd.co, X at @kuwagotheowl or their Twitch at /kuwagotheowl wherever you’re posting the commissioned artwork online.
All artworks are for personal, livestreaming, and/or social media use only. Using the commissioned artwork(s) for mass production such as printing merchandise, or reselling of the artist's artwork will require additional licensing fees, which can be discussed with the artist via email or private messaging.
DO NOT use any part of the artwork/s commissioned to promote hate speech, train generative AI, mint non-fungible tokens (NFTs), do any other related inventions, and promote or create advertising materials associated with these.
Refunds
A refund can only be issued when:
The client has paid partially or in full and has requested a refund before or during the commission process.
The artist cannot fulfill the commission due to conflicts in their schedule.
The client will be refunded:
30% of the total paid price if the artwork has significant progress or if the commission is already ready for delivery.
70% of the total paid price if the artwork is still only in its draft or sketch stage.
90% of the total paid price if the artwork has not been started and the client wishes to cancel their commission after paying partially or in full.
100% of the total paid price if the artwork has not been started and the artist has not made and cannot make progress due to conflicts in their schedule.
IMPORTANT!
Please contact the artist before filing for a refund.
The files for the commissioned artwork will be deleted after the refund. If the client decides to request a commission again, they will have to submit another form and pay the full commission price.
Agreement
By reading this document and submitting a Commission Request Form, you agree to all terms, processes, and that you're above 18 years of age and have enough funds to purchase the artist’s services. With this, you also agree to contacting the artist first for refunds and corrections on your commissioned artwork(s) should there be any.
