Notes:
She has no ear lobes, only ear canals as she is part owl.
Her ear canals are asymmetrical, with her left canal lower than the other.
Her hair pattern is inspired from owl feathers, simplified to connected curves.
Her beauty mark is on her right cheek, under the iris.
She has an inner eyelid much like an owl's.
Both her upper and lower teeth are shaped like a beak.
The frills and feathers on the overall outfit can be simplified.
The feathers on her pouch are Bihoon's feathers.
The writing on her apron and ankle strap spells "Kuwa Go" in Filipino Baybayin lettering.
There is a knife under her skirt, on her left thigh.

A 50% down payment is required before the artist starts your commission request. After model illustration and before rigging, the next 25% of the remaining commission fee is required, and then the last 25% is required before the final files are given to the client.
Rigging revision phase is free until the 3rd revision within 7 days only. Anything beyond that will include additional fees.
For Rigging Only Artwork Type: If the PSD provided needs further editing, there will be additional charges. PSD consultations before starting the rigging commission are free of charge.
For Concept, Illustration, and Rigging: This is for when the client only has ideas of what their character looks like and would like to work with the artist to create the character design before the artist illustrates and rigs their VTuber model.

Commission Details
How to Order a Commission
There will now be a strict rule that if the Commission Request Form has vague details, the form will not be reviewed.
Please submit a commission request via the Commission Request Form via Google Forms or VGen. The artist will contact you via email or private messaging on the weekends once they’ve reviewed your form.
Make sure that the details and references you provide are complete. If you're sending more than five reference images, please either compile them into one image, upload them to Imgur, or GDrive to share as a link under the text description instead.
After finalizing your commission request and fees, please pay for the invoice via PayPal.
A full payment is required if the total commission fee is less than USD$250, but if the total commission fee is more than USD$250, the client will have the option to pay in either full, two, or three parts. The Live2D art and rigging category has a different payment plan of 50%/25%/25%.

Terms of Service
The artist works only on the weekdays and has the weekends off.
Commission progress will be conveyed every 2 to 3 weeks via email or private messaging.
Minor revisions are free until the final output of the commissioned artwork is ready to be delivered.
There are additional fees should the client want to have some changes made to the final artwork(s) after receiving the final files. However, if it’s sizing issues with the final files, or physics issues with the VTuber Live2D model, the artist can edit them free of charge until the 3rd revision within seven (7) days.
As a client, you agree to purchase the artist’s labor only. The artist retains all rights to any commissioned artwork as their intellectual property and reserves the right to use them to promote themselves or their brand.
With this, please credit the artist’s Twitter/X at @kuwagotheowl or their Twitch at /kuwagotheowl when you’re posting the commissioned artwork online.
All artworks are for personal, livestreaming, and/or social media use only. Using the commissioned artwork(s) for mass production such as printing merchandise, or reselling of the artist's artwork will require additional licensing fees, which can be discussed with the artist via email or private messaging.
Refunds
A refund can only be issued when:
The client has paid partially or in full and has requested a refund before or during the commission process.
The artist cannot fulfill the commission due to conflicts in their schedule.
The client will be refunded:
30% of the total paid price if the artwork has significant progress or if the commission is already ready for delivery.
70% of the total paid price if the artwork is still only in its draft or sketch stage.
90% of the total paid price if the artwork has not been started and the client wishes to cancel their commission after paying partially or in full.
100% of the total paid price if the artwork has not been started and the artist has not made and cannot make progress due to conflicts in their schedule.
IMPORTANT!
Please contact the artist before filing for a refund.
The files for the commissioned artwork will be deleted after the refund. If the client decides to request a commission again, they will have to submit another form and pay the full commission price.
Agreement
By reading this document and submitting a commission request form, you agree to all terms, processes, and that you're above 18 years of age and have enough funds to purchase the artist’s services. With this, you also agree to contacting the artist first for refunds and corrections on your commissioned artwork(s) should there be any.
